Terms & Conditions

• The online store CoreVital.eu is operated by JRK-Consulting Jan Kroh, ul. Sasanek 7, 96-321 Żelechów, Poland, NIP (Tax ID): 7251072762, REGON (Business Registry No.): 015596509.

• These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules for using the online store available at corevital.eu.
• By using the store, the Customer accepts these Terms.

• Seller — JRK-Consulting Jan Kroh
• Customer — a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit making a purchase
• Consumer — a Customer who is a natural person making a purchase unrelated to their professional or business activity
• Product — a dietary supplement or other item available in the store
• Order — the Customer's declaration of intent to conclude a sales contract

• All prices shown on the website are gross prices (including VAT) expressed in Polish złoty (PLN).
• The Seller reserves the right to change prices.
• Products are dietary supplements and are not a substitute for a varied diet or a healthy lifestyle.
• Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes.

• Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Placing an order requires acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
• After placing an order, the Customer receives a confirmation at the email address provided.
• The sales contract is concluded upon confirmation that the order has been accepted for processing.

• Accepted payment methods: BLIK, payment card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Klarna, USDC (cryptocurrency), Shop Pay, and Google Pay (Apple Pay available in the Safari browser) — all processed securely through the Shopify Payments payment provider.
• If payment is not received within 3 business days, the order may be cancelled.

• Delivery is available within Poland and selected European Union countries.
• Order processing time: 1–3 business days from payment confirmation.
• Delivery costs are shown in the order summary before the order is placed.

• The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
• The withdrawal statement should be sent to: contact@corevital.eu
• The goods should be returned within 14 days of withdrawal.
• Returned goods should be sent to: CoreVital, ul. Jagodowa 6, 05-462 Kąck, Poland.
• The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods whose packaging has been opened after delivery, for health protection or hygiene reasons.

• Selected products are available on a subscription basis, with recurring monthly delivery.
• The Customer's payment details are stored securely by the payment provider, and the fee for each subsequent delivery is charged automatically on the subscription renewal date.
• The subscription may be cancelled at any time, effective from the next billing cycle, via the Customer's account or by contacting contact@corevital.eu. Cancellation does not affect deliveries already fulfilled and paid for. The Seller may offer additional benefits (e.g. a lower price) in exchange for a commitment to a minimum number of deliveries — the Customer is clearly informed of this before entering into the subscription agreement, and cancelling before this period ends is possible upon refund of the difference between the promotional price and the standard price of deliveries made so far.
• The 14-day right of withdrawal (§7) applies to the first delivery under a subscription, on general terms.

• Complaints should be submitted to: contact@corevital.eu
• A complaint should include: a description of the problem, the order number, and contact details.
• The Seller reviews complaints within 14 days of receipt.

The Seller is liable to the Consumer for the conformity of goods with the contract in accordance with the Polish Civil Code and the Act on Consumer Rights, for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery of the goods. If a nonconformity of the goods with the contract is found, the Consumer is entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or withdrawal from the contract, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.

• Matters not regulated herein are governed by the provisions of the Polish Civil Code and the Act on Consumer Rights.
• The Consumer may use the ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
• These Terms are effective as of 29 July 2026.

These Terms and Conditions are also available in Polish and Ukrainian. In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the Polish version ("Regulamin Sklepu") shall prevail and is the legally binding version.
